Where do the Blaha's live?

Well we found out today our address will be 3825 Creekside Dr. Waukesha, WI 53189. We also recieved our blue prints and information to log on the Bielinski website and track the progress of our house as its built.

Survey says

We recieved the official survey today and are hoping this means any day now we will have some dirt moved.

Silt Screen

We were happy to see silt screening up and the house markers set. We were one of three houses marked out meaning the diggers will be there soon. In the second photo you can see from the back of the house the driveway opening and the pink house markers in the front of the house.

Tools for the House

So no real news on the house but it was my birthday and i found out im getting a pretty sweet gift. The Milwaukee 28 volt Lithium-Ion 4 Pack Combo Kit. I should have enough battery power to work for days without a charge. Now only if it had a powered bottle opener.

Where's the hole?

A lot of people have been asking where is the hole? We should have a hole in the ground in 3 to 5 weeks. I think the builder is waiting till a couple other houses are done with planning so they can dig all the holes at one time. I guess we were a little more eager to start on our house then other people in the subdivision. If they only knew the Blaha's were moving in.

This is our floorplan but it will be reversed.

Model of Our House

Our house will look close to this but it will have stone instead of brick, 2' added to the front of the garage, and also 2' added to the right side of the house.

Just add fish!
